- While in the Mind Flayer Colony, complete the quests to get to the Tadpoling Center.
- When you reach the Tadpoling Center, find the capsule with Mizora in it and free her.
- In gratitude for her assistance, she will free Wyll from the contract, but this is not enough for you, so continue the dialog.
- Speak to her, demanding additional reward. After a few phrases, you will have the opportunity to make a DC 14 Persuasion Check.
- If you succeed, Mizora will give Wyll the Infernal Rapier.
